  6. After verifying the compatibility of the product with the device, click the “Buy Now and Download” button that is displaying right below the name of the Office product.
  7. Now, you will be asked to “Sign in” to the Office account. Either use the existing one you already have or “create a new one”.
  8. Using Office account email address and its corresponding password, “Sign In”.
  9. Then, click the “Login” button.
  10. Clicking on login button will automatically direct the users to the “Payment” page.
  11. At the payment page, enter the details of the Debit/ credit card that you want to use for the purchase of Office 365 product.

  13. Once you are done with the payment, an email will be sent to you from Microsoft on your registered email that contain a link to download the Office 365 subscribed pack on the device and unique Office product key.

Either click that link in the email itself or copy the link and paste it in URL bar of the browser and hit enter on the keyboard to open the Office 365 setup download page and download it. The Office 365 setup will be downloaded to the “Downloads” folder (by default).

If you have made an offline purchase, here are the steps given below that you need to follow for downloading the Office 365 setup to the device:

  1. Unpack the Office 365 Subscription CD pack.
  2. Then, insert the Office 365 product CD into the CD/DVD drive.

How to activate Office 365 to the device?

For activating and installing the Office 365 setup on Mac device, you will require a 25-character product key i.e. Office 365 product key. Keep it with you that may be available to you in either of the two forms detailed below:

If you purchased the product key online, you will get it in the Office 365 subscription confirmation email.

If you have purchased an offline copy, you can find the product key in the retail cards or at the inner circles of the Office 365 setup CD pack.

  1. To start with, launch any of the Office 365 application such as MS Word, MS Excel or any.
